The Deer Cabin was built in about 1986, and it also has one of the best views anywhere in the mountains.  At night you can see lights from Cleveland, GA, about 18 miles away.  This cabin is on a more level location, and it is easy to get in or out in snowy weather, but like our other ridge cabins with views, it is a little closer to the highway and you may hear road noise here.  It has a tub/shower combination in the bathroom and it has room to park two cars.
