*All rates are plus sales and hotel/motel tax. (Rates are subject to change.) Visa, Discover and Mastercard accepted. Rates for the private vacation homes at other locations that we manage are shown in the descriptions of the individual cabins. Also be sure to see the "specials" section for our midweek special rates.
Each cabin comfortably accommodates four people and rates are based upon 1- 4 people per unit. Over four (4) people in a cabin - $5 per person per day. Maximum allowed per cabin - six (6), including no more than 4 adults.
Pets are not allowed, but there are kennels in Blairsville and in Cleveland, GA.
Check In/Out Times: Check in - 2:00 PM, Check out - 11:00 AM
(Should you plan to check in after 10:00 PM, please notify us in advance.)
Deposit Requirements: Call for information.
Cancellations Policy: Two weeks (14 days) cancellation notice is required to receive a deposit refund. Groups reserving three or more cabins at one time will not receive a deposit refund on cancellation.
