OUR CABINS
Our 13 quaint cabins are nestled on 4+ acres in the North Georgia mountains. Each cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with a queen bed. These cabins all have a similar layout and functionality. We have some on the ridge, some on the creek, a few are pet friendly, and we even have a handicap-accessible unit.
Our traditional lease is 12 months, but we will consider 3, 6 or 9 month options for an additional fee. Call or email for details.
Lease Rates & Availability:
The lease rate for a 12-month term at one of our cabins is currently $1,100 per month. At that rate, water and gas are included. The tenant is responsible for the electric bill and any phone/internet they choose. The security deposit is equal to one months rent. An additional fee is charged if the tenant has pets. Shorter lease terms of 3, 6, or 9 months are also available for an additional fee.
