  • Do you offer long-term rentals?
    YES, long-term rentals are available at Blood Mountain Cabins. Stay with us a week, a month, a season or a full year. Discounts apply the longer you stay. Fully furnished units with all utilities included are available. Please call our leasing office for more information and pricing at (706)745-9454.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check in - Any time after 3:00 pm. ​ Check out - Any time before 11:00 am. Guests will be provided with specific instructions after booking about accessing the unit and the expected condition of the unit upon vacating. An additional charge may be applied for any guests that check-in before 3:00 or check-out after 11:00.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Cabins can be booked online or over the phone at (706)745-9454.
  • What are the occupancy limits?
    Occupancy limits are set to comply with the fire marshall and health department codes. Please do not exceed more than 4 adults in the cabin at any given time. Anyone age 13 or older is considered an adult for this purpose.
  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?
    We have cabins available for a single night or up to one year lease term. All major holidays and the month of October require a three night minimum. However, if we have availability a few days prior we will consider a shorter length of stay. Please call or email to book in advance if you have a special request.
  • What are the quiet time hours?
    As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you observe quiet time after 10:00 pm each night. If you are a guest and there is a violation of this, please report to the property manager or local authorities.
  • Are all utilities included?
    All of our on-site properties are equipped with power, water, gas and TV. We cannot guarantee against service problems of the utility providers, but we will make every effort to repair problems as soon as we are notified.
  • Does this area have frequent severe weather?
    Snow is not unusual December-February. Guests are responsible for tracking the forecast. While the primary highways are very well kept during inclement weather, the driveways to the cabins can get slick during ice and snow. Should your automobile get snowed in, it is your responsibility to contact a towing company at your expense or to stay until the driveway is passable.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    Reservations can be cancelled with two weeks notice for a full refund. Within 2 weeks, you will be charged for one night as a cancellation fee. We do not take cancellations by email, so please call us instead.
